Job summary

Hunter & Gather is seeking a Content Creator to develop and produce platform-native content across Brand/Organic and Performance. You will concept, script, shoot, edit and produce at pace, turning briefs into distinctive content for social channels and paid campaigns.

You will shape founder and team storytelling, education, product storytelling and launches, while collaborating with the Performance team to test and optimize paid creative with rapid iterations.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio/showreel of social-first video content you have personally created and edited.
• Proven ability to shoot planning, filming and directing content on camera and phone.
• Advanced video editing skills for short-form social formats.
• Strong creative instincts across organic and performance content to adapt by channel.

Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end content across Brand and Performance pipelines.
• Produce social-native content rapidly for organic and paid channels.
• Lead shoots end to end: scripts, storyboards, direction and edit.
• Collaborate with Brand Studio and Performance Strategist to capture useful hooks and formats.
