Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Content Designer II to craft clear, trustworthy product experiences for web and native apps. You’ll partner with Product Design, Research, Product Management, Engineering, Brand, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Experience from discovery through launch.

You’ll apply content strategy, UX writing, and information architecture to simplify complex flows, run design sprints, contribute to guidelines, and advocate for accessibility and transparency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, content strategy, information architecture, or a related field.
• Portfolio showing UX writing craft, strategic thinking, and shipped product experiences across web/native apps.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, accurate, concise, and human product content across in-product flows, notifications, emails, texts, prototypes, and other touchpoints.
• Participate in design sprints, critiques, content reviews, and product discussions to advocate for clarity, accessibility, and content-first design.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, researchers, engineers, legal, compliance, marketing, or brand partners to shape clear product experiences.
