Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Content Designer in Newcastle upon Tyne to join a hybrid team. You will craft clear micro- and long-form content, align with client design principles, and collaborate with researchers and developers to improve user journeys across multiple clients and industries.

You will champion user-centred design, work within Scrum teams, and ensure accessibility and regulatory compliance in all content. A strong focus on data-driven decisions and stakeholder collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a UX Writer or Content Design role focused on user-centred design.
• Familiar with Government Digital Service design principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience negotiating with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes.
• Experience using brand tone of voice guidelines and style guides.
• Experience working in Agile or multidisciplinary environments.

Responsibilities

• Create high quality micro- and long-form content that is clear and accessible.
• Lead content design activities and ensure user-centred, evidence-based approaches.
• Use data and research to inform content decisions and improve journeys.
• Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, developers, and other teams.
