Job summary

Affirm, a remote-first financial services company, is seeking a Content Designer II in the UK to help create clear, trustworthy product experiences that empower customers to understand and use Affirm.

As an embedded partner on product teams, you will design content strategy, UX writing, information architecture, and usability guidelines across web and native apps, collaborating with design, research, PM, engineering, brand, and legal from discovery to launch.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or related field.
• Portfolio showing UX writing craft and shipped product experiences.
• Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and content hierarchy.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute content design to product work across web and native experiences.
• Collaborate with product design, research, PM, engineering, brand, and legal from ideation through launch.
• Identify content and usability opportunities and guide product decisions.
• Write clear, concise, human product content for in-product flows, emails, and notifications.
• Use research and user feedback to improve content decisions and outcomes.
