Affirm is seeking a Content Designer II to contribute to product content across user flows, notifications, emails, and messages. This remote UK role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams from product development through launch and optimization, identifying content and usability improvements through research and feedback.

You will build clear, concise content, maintain style guidelines, and work with designers, researchers, engineers, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing UX writing, strategy, and product projects.
• Experience designing content for websites and native digital products.
• Ability to align content decisions with customer needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product content design including user flows, IA, and content hierarchy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from development through launch.
• Identify customer problems and opportunities to improve content and usability.
• Create clear, concise, user-friendly content across apps, websites, notifications, emails, and text messages.
• Use research, experiments, customer feedback, and data to improve content and UX.
• Participate in design sprints, content reviews, and product discussions.
• Develop and maintain style guides, guidelines, and reusable content patterns.
• Collaborate with other content designers and contribute to team activities.
