Job summary

eTeam Workforce Limited is seeking a Content Designer for a 3-month contract in Worthing or Telford, with 2 days per week in the office. The role will lead all content design and work with UX/UI designers, researchers and product managers to craft clear, accessible content for new digital services.

You will develop content to simplify complex information, test with user researchers and iterate based on feedback in an agile delivery setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience of writing for the web and creating content that is accessible and usable.
• Experience of user-centred design and using metrics and user feedback to refine content.
• Experience with content management and publishing systems.
• Proficient in writing Markdown.
• Knowledge of CESA could be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Content Design within an agile delivery model.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers and researchers to define content messages.
• Write high quality content for digital services and transactional interfaces.
• Test content with user researchers and iterate based on feedback.
