Content and Resource Coordinator

7-month Fixed Term Contract

Locations and Salary:

  • Manchester: £24,485 - £28,055
  • Guildford: £25,495 - £29,210

Join our events materials team and help shape the future of education while developing your personal and professional skills.

We seek passionate content creators who thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at multitasking, and enjoy producing clear, compelling, and consistent communications.

Our team of eight collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop training content and resources for GCSE and A-level teachers, including subject-specific resources, teacher CPD sessions (face-to-face, live online, and e-learning), conferences, and exhibitions.

You will be instrumental in creating resources, refining processes, and maintaining resource platforms like Centre Services, ShareFile, and SharePoint, all while upholding high standards of quality, spelling, grammar, and tone of voice.

Summary

This role involves coordinating activities to support content creation and management for teacher resources, primarily for training and events such as CPD sessions and conferences. It reports to the Lead Content and Resource Producer within the Marketing and Brand department.

Activities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop engaging, aligned resources.
  • Ensuring content is user-focused, timely, and within budget.
  • Supporting the commissioning and briefing of external experts.
  • Improving processes and outputs continually.
  • Maintaining resource platforms like SharePoint and ShareFile.
  • Overseeing content approval, copyright, and GDPR compliance.
  • Supporting scheduling and formatting of materials using PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe.
  • Working with external contributors to gather and align content.
  • Committing to ongoing professional development.
