We are now seeking to recruit 2 Customer Service Advisors for a busy company based in Stroud. This is a permanent opportunity for truly client care orientated customer service person.
Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent customer service experience for all customers via phone.
- Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a great experience to every customer you speak with.
- Take ownership of each situation, asking relevant questions, listening, and finding solutions that leave customers feeling understood and supported.
Skill Set Required
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills across multiple channels.
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Good level of numeracy.
- Good level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office packages.
- Accuracy, tenacity & integrity.
