• Experience in customer service or consultative sales.
• Experience within automotive, mobility, healthcare or assistive technology is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail; manage multiple inquiries.
• Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual demonstrations and assessments to help customers understand options.
• Own the customer journey from enquiry to order completion and follow-up.
• Provide consultative advice and build trusted relationships with customers.
• Support customer records, account management, and ongoing sales activity to ensure a seamless experience.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date through training, site visits, and coordination with field-based teams.
