Mobility in Motion, based at our Alfreton headquarters, is seeking a Customer Product Assessor to join our Central Sales Team. The role is fully office-based and involves conducting online demonstrations and consultations to identify the best mobility solutions for customers, building strong relationships, and guiding them from inquiry to order with expert support.

You will work with experienced colleagues and product specialists, receiving full training and development to grow product knowledge

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing environments and a confident communicator.
• Excellent listening and relationship-building skills with a wide range of customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and work collaboratively in an office-based team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online product demonstrations and virtual assessments to identify suitable mobility solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships from initial contact to order completion and follow-up.
• Provide consultative advice with exceptional service throughout the buying journey.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Support the Customer Engagement Team with administration and CRM record-keeping.
