Qualifications

• Holds a relevant qualification and substantial experience in education or learner support.
• Experience in coordinating work experience or employer engagement with learners.
• GCSE English and Maths achieved or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with construction employers to promote work experience.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to identify learners for work experience.
• Match learners to appropriate placements based on study and career goals.
• Prepare learners for placement including CSCS cards or industry requirements.
• Ensure placement documentation and checks meet health, safeguarding and insurance rules.
• Record placement data on College systems (e.g., Grofar) for monitoring and audit.
