Job summary

Vita Recruitment in London is seeking a Construction Recruitment Resourcer to join a busy and growing team. This fully office-based role involves sourcing and registering construction candidates, advertising vacancies, and supporting recruitment consultants with day-to-day requirements.

Experience in construction is important; recruitment experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, in a full-time permanent position.

Qualifications

• Confident speaking to candidates and clients over the telephone.
• Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy office.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Previous recruitment experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, CV databases and recruitment platforms.
• Advertise vacancies and review CVs to identify suitable candidates.
• Carry out initial screening and keep candidates updated about opportunities.
• Conduct candidate compliance checks (Right to Work, qualifications, tickets, references).
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and match candidates to vacancies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide a professional service to candidates and clients.
