The Construction Management team is growing in the North of England and now seeks an assistant to support recruitment consultants in acquiring and managing a candidate talent pool through a range of sourcing, screening, and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• No experience required; energetic and proactive.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Candidate generation and management.
• Jobsite advertising, searching and watchdogs.
• Advert management and response handling.
• CV screening and vetting.
• Telephone and face-to-face candidate interviewing.
• Research and mapping of projects and companies.
• Data and record management in spreadsheets and CRM.
• Assisting in candidate referencing.
