Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a Site Manager to support development delivery across UK sites, coordinating trades, labour and materials to meet production programmes. The role includes deputising for the Site Manager as needed and ensuring adherence to health and safety, NHBC requirements and building regulations.

You will work closely with Sales to run regular meetings, manage site resources, and deliver high standards of customer service while maintaining programme, quality and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within established build programs.
• Assertive to ensure delivery of targets by the on-site team and trades/labour.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• Member of CIOB and/or NVQ in Construction Management or time served tradesman with experience across trades.
• In depth knowledge of construction trade and regulatory requirements (Health and Safety, NHBC, Building Regulations).
• Good knowledge of customer service issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings with Sales Team and ensure procedures and inspections of show homes are carried out.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure on-site team is resourced and guided with clear responsibilities and training.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines.
