Role: Construction Senior Associate - Sheffield

CRA Consulting are working with a highly regarded international law firm who are seeking to appoint a Senior Associate Solicitor into their thriving Construction team in Sheffield.

The Role

This is a career-defining opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious construction work. The caseload will cover:

• Advising developers, contractors, funders, and consultants on high-value projects
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts and professional appointments
• Resolving disputes through adjudication, arbitration, mediation, and High Court proceedings
• Guiding clients through risk management and compliance in major UK and international projects
• You will play a key role in supporting Partners on market-leading matters whilst also developing your own profile and client relationships.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (7+ PQE) with experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction law
• Strong commercial awareness and technical ability
• Ambitious, client-focused and keen to progress towards Partnership in a high-performing team
• Previous experience at a recognised regional, national or international law firm is desirable
