Job summary

Infopro Digital, Barbour ABI division, is seeking a Researcher to research current construction projects using telephone, internet, and other sources to generate opportunities. You will complete a 6-month induction with ongoing training from a Research Training Manager and receive 121 coaching, workshops and on‑the‑job development.

You will handle KPI-driven workloads, interact with customers via CRM, and build relationships within the construction sector in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an outbound calling role (Research, Debt Collection, Account Management, Sales)
• GCSE Maths and English - Grade C or above (or equivalent)
• Effective communicator with active listening and excellent telephone manner
• Experience working towards and achieving KPIs
• Resilience and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Research current construction projects to a high level using phone, internet and other sources to generate opportunities
• Interact with customers through CRMSystems to answer project information queries
• Manage workload to keep project information current, accurate and timely
• Achieve KPI measures around project volume and data quality
• Liaise with colleagues and build relationships within the construction industry
