Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group are seeking a Data Management Administrator to support the Business Development & Analytics team within a construction sector business. You’ll conduct market research, manage CRM records and analyse data to identify commercial opportunities.

You will work in a hybrid setup with some remote days, bringing curiosity, strong organisation and a data-driven mindset to improve research and insights for commercial decisions.

Qualifications

Experience in market research or data administration roles.
CRM and data management experience.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Interest in AI and new technology.

Responsibilities

Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
Research and maintain accurate prospect, customer and market data.
Manage and update CRM records.
Gather and analyse data to support business development and lead generation.
Provide market intelligence and research findings to the wider team.
Monitor industry frameworks and relevant opportunities.
Use AI tools to enhance research and data analysis.
Produce reports and maintain high standards of data quality.
Work closely with Business Development, Sales and Analytics teams.
