Cluttons seeks an Associate in Research to produce market reports and briefings, turning data into clear insight for clients and internal teams. You will analyze market trends, support service lines with tailored outputs, and help develop new research products.

Expect collaboration with senior leadership and travel for in-person reviews as needed. The role emphasises data-led approaches, strong communication, and the use of AI tools to enhance research processes while supporting business

Qualifications

• Experience in the property sector with research, data analysis, and market commentary.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to present to senior colleagues, clients and external audiences.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with published articles and reports.
• Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with data visualization software and databases.
• Interest in data-led work and practical use of AI tools to improve research processes.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality market reports, briefings, presentations, and commentary for internal and external audiences.
• Analyze market, economic, and sector data to generate evidence-based insight.
• Support teams with tailored research outputs and shape development of new research products.
• Brief Head of Research on macro-economic and policy developments for leadership.
• Provide research support across Service Lines; travel for in-person collaboration as needed.
• Contribute to business development activities; comment on the market across channels and media.
• Assist with client events, presentations, and advisory conversations.
• Embed data-driven and AI-enabled approaches within workflow and outputs.
