Once For All is a fast-growing cloud-based SaaS business. We’re looking for a confident Market Intelligence Insights Researcher to join our expanding team.

This is a telephone-based role with outbound calls to construction professionals across the UK. You’ll speak with Main Contractors, Estimators, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Buyers to gather and verify tender data, building a clear market picture for our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, telesales, call centre or telephone-based role.
• Excellent listening and questioning skills.
• Persistent and determined; don’t give up after the first 'no'.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with people of all ages and backgrounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to gather accurate information.
• Good organisational skills and confidence using computer systems.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to construction professionals.
• Build rapport and develop positive relationships across industry levels.
• Research construction projects and confirm tender information.
• Identify and verify the full list of contractors bidding for projects.
• Update and maintain accurate records within our systems.
• Manage your workload and follow up on leads until information is obtained.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call while representing the business professionally.
