Job summary

Once For All is seeking a Market Intelligence Insights Researcher to join our growing team. This is a telephone-based role where you’ll spend the majority of your day making outbound calls to professionals across the UK construction industry.

You’ll speak with Main Contractors, Estimators, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Buyers to gather and verify information on construction projects and tender opportunities.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people.
• Experience in customer service, telesales, call centre or telephone-based roles.
• Excellent listening and questioning skills.
• Persistance and determination—you don't give up after the first no.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with people of all ages and seniorities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to gather accurate information.
• Good organisational skills and confidence using computer systems.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to construction professionals.
• Build rapport and develop relationships across industry levels.
• Research construction projects and confirm tender information.
• Identify and verify the full list of contractors bidding for projects.
• Update and maintain accurate records in the systems.
• Manage workload and follow up leads until information is obtained.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call while representing the business.
