Job Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution, working closely with senior management and acting as the main contact for clients. The role involves managing refurbishments that require quick turnarounds for new store openings.

This position is highly technical, requiring experience in heavy-duty retail projects on a large scale.

The company is a Spanish firm delivering retail design projects across the UK and Ireland for European brands. Candidates must have experience in construction projects within the retail sector.

Required qualifications include occupational health and safety training in line with CSCS standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and editing plans is necessary, with BIM knowledge considered a plus.

Fluency in either Portuguese or Spanish is essential.

The role involves managing budgets, coordinating with technical departments, and ensuring projects are completed on time with high client satisfaction.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK. Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered for on-site work on large, ongoing projects.
