Job summary

Fulkers Bailey Russell in London is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale remediation projects within our Residential team. You will manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating a multidisciplinary team to deliver on time, to budget and to the client’s satisfaction.

The role is hybrid with the London office, requiring strong technical knowledge, stakeholder management and CDM compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in the construction industry in a similar discipline.
• Excellent technical knowledge in all areas of project management.
• Client-centric with focus on delivering targets, quality and deadlines.
• Ability to manage discussions with contractors and clients and support bids.
• Understanding of CDM and construction health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare appointment documents for consultants and procurement strategy reports.
• Create master programme and monitor progress against projects.
• Support tendering, procurement, and contract documents.
• Lead project teams, manage change control, and negotiate budgets and programmes.
• Oversee snagging, defects closure, and handover processes.
