Job summary

Fulkers Bailey Russell is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Residential team in London. You will manage large-scale remediation projects from inception to completion, coordinating a diverse group of professionals to deliver safely on time and to budget while ensuring client satisfaction.

You will lead feasibility, procurement, and contract stages, driving excellent outcomes and supporting post-project reviews.

Qualifications

• Solid experience delivering medium-to-large construction projects.
• Strong understanding of CDM regulations and safety practices.
• Customer-focused approach with effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare appointment documents for consultants and set up project governance.
• Develop master programmes and monitor progress against timelines.
• Support procurement strategy and contract documentation.
• Lead change control processes and negotiate budgets with contractors.
• Coordinate snagging inspections and closing-out defects.
• Support handover and post-project reviews with clients.
