Job summary

Fulkers Bailey Russell is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale remediation projects within the Residential team. You will oversee delivery from inception through to handover, coordinating a diverse team of construction professionals to meet time, cost and quality targets.

You will drive KPI achievement, manage procurement and contract administration, and ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and HSE standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering medium to large construction projects.
• Excellent technical knowledge of project management.
• Client-centric with focus on targets, quality and deadlines.
• Ability to negotiate with contractors and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare appointment documents for consultants
• Identify project KPIs and monitor progress
• Schedule meetings, note agendas and minutes
• Produce master programme and monitor progress
• Assist in procurement strategy with client and QS
• Support tendering and procurement of projects
• Apply change control and maintain change logs
• Negotiate budgets and programmes with contractors
• Manage snagging inspections and defects closure
• Oversee handover and post-project review discussions
• Negotiate final accounts with QS and provide contractual advice
• Ensure CDM 2015 compliance and health & safety standards
• Contribute to social and environmental impact improvements
