Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow key client relationships within data centres and related mission-critical sectors. You will act as the primary contact across procurement, commercial, engineering and leadership teams to drive revenue and customer success.

The role focuses on developing account plans, identifying new opportunities, and delivering strong commercial results through effective quotation, forecasting and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing key accounts in data centres, construction, engineering, mission-critical or related technical sectors.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Commercially minded with experience negotiating, managing opportunities and delivering against revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key strategic accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across procurement, commercial, engineering, project delivery and leadership teams.
• Develop account plans, identify new business opportunities and drive sustainable revenue growth within existing customers.
• Produce quotations, manage sales pipelines and provide regular account reviews, forecasts and commercial updates.

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our client’s team and support their current project in London.

What You’ll Do
