Job summary

ADT is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead complex construction projects in London. You will oversee cost management, delivery, health & safety, and subcontractor coordination while maintaining exceptional client service.

You will work closely with clients, engineers, and on-site teams to ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and to high standards. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love leadership, this role is for you!

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license.
• Experience leading teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle challenges with confidence and professionalism.
• Proactive mindset focused on teamwork and collaboration.
• Experience in the Fire & Security Industry is a plus.
• Electrical background or experience with fire alarm/security systems is advantageous.
• Experience managing subcontractors on large construction sites.
• Commercial mindset with strong emphasis on health & safety best practices.
• Ability to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
