Job summary

Turner Townsend is seeking an experienced Planning Professional to lead end-to-end project scheduling on high-value construction schemes. You will create master schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau, baseline plans, and coordinate with project teams and clients to deliver on time.

The role requires regular travel to construction sites, strong data analysis, and demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders to maintain schedule integrity and produce progress reports.

Qualifications

• Experience determining corrective actions or recommendations based on facts and figures.
• Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6.
• Able to demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead planning sessions and workshops with clients and vendors to compile the master project/programme schedule, baselines and critical path.
• Work with cross-functional teams to plan, develop and execute construction schedules.
• Regular travel to construction sites is expected.
• Develop and maintain a detailed construction program using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi-project environments.
• Provide interface and quality assurance to project teams and contractors regarding schedule performance.
