Turner & Townsend in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Planner to join our delivery teams, bringing deep knowledge of Primavera P6, Tableau and scheduling best practices to complex construction projects.

You will coordinate planning sessions, develop master schedules, travel to sites, and work with clients, contractors and internal teams to maintain schedule integrity and deliver monthly reports.

Competenze

• Experience determining corrective actions based on facts and data from multiple sources.
• Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6.
• Reliable, autonomous worker with strong teamwork and ability to meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and lead planning sessions and workshops with clients and vendors to compile the master project/programme schedule, agreeing baselines and a critical path.
• Work with cross-functional teams to plan, develop and execute construction schedules.
• Regular travel to construction sites is expected.
• Develop and maintain a detailed construction program schedule using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi-project environments.
• Provide interface and quality assurance to project groups and contractors regarding schedule tracking and reporting.
• Prepare and update progress reports including the monthly project report and look-ahead reporting.
