Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Planner to join our UK team. You will lead end-to-end project planning for high-value construction schemes, using Primavera P6 to build and maintain master schedules and look-aheads.

Working closely with project managers, clients, and contractors, you will develop robust schedules, run risk analyses, track progress and deliver timely reports to stakeholders. Regular site travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience planning high-value construction schemes with strong scheduling discipline.
• Advanced skills in Primavera P6, MS Office and data reporting.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead planning sessions and workshops with clients and vendors to compile the master project/programme schedule, agreeing baselines and a critical path.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau.
• Regular travel to construction sites is expected.
• Interface with stakeholders, clients, contractors and sub-contractors daily.
• Provide progress reports and look-aheads for monthly project reporting.
• Analyze schedule deviations and propose corrective actions.
