Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Planner to lead end-to-end project scheduling on high-value construction schemes. The role requires mastery of Primavera P6, data reporting and proactive collaboration with project teams and clients. Frequent site travel is expected as part of delivering a value-added scheduling service.

The successful candidate will develop master schedules, monitor progress, and provide insightful reporting to support decision-making across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead planning sessions with clients and vendors to create master schedules.
• Work with cross-functional teams to plan, develop and execute construction schedules.
• Regular travel to construction sites is expected.
• Engage with stakeholders, clients, contractors and subcontractors daily.
• Develop and maintain construction programs using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi-project environments.
• Ensure schedule data from vendors and contractors is fed into planning systems.
• Implement planning and scheduling strategy, plans, and procedures for company and contractor roles.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to maintain schedule integrity.
• Provide interface and QA for tracking schedule performance.
• Organize inputs into a master schedule and deliver status reports.
• Prepare progress reports including monthly project reports and look-ahead schedules.
• Produce high-level and 1, 3, 6 month look-aheads from P6 for reporting.
• Perform probabilistic and risk analyses on integrated schedules.
• Monitor for issues potentially delaying the schedule and advise on corrective actions.
• Analyze deviations from baseline and highlight Bottlenecks and changes.
