Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced planning professional to manage end-to-end scheduling for high-value construction schemes. You will develop and maintain master schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau, coordinating with project teams and vendors to meet baselines and critical paths.

This role involves regular site travel, close collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, and delivery of accurate progress reports and look-ahead schedules

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to determine corrective actions based on facts and data from multiple sources.
• Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead planning sessions and workshops with clients and vendors to compile the master project/programme schedule, agreeing baselines and a critical path.
• Work with cross-functional teams to plan, develop and execute construction schedules.
• Regular travel to construction site is expected.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, contractors and sub contractors daily.
• Develop and maintain a detailed construction program using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi-project environments.
• Ensure schedule data from vendors and contractors is fed back into planning systems.
• Implement project planning & scheduling strategies and procedures.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to maintain schedule integrity.
• Provide interface and quality assurance on tracking and reporting of schedule performance.
• Prepare progress reports and look-ahead schedules for client reporting.
• Produce high level and 1, 3, 6 month look-aheads from P6 for reporting.
• Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules and contractor schedules.
• Monitor and communicate potential project issues delaying the schedule.
• Conduct schedule analysis, critical path and risk analysis for the project.
• Analyse deviations from baselines and propose corrective actions.
