Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Construction Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team and support the Project Manager and Site Supervisor teams.

Role Summary:

The Construction Multi-Skilled Operative will support various projects across industrial sites within the North West. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in civils, fit-out, or engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and complete daily construction tasks on industrial sites
• Assist the project team
• Perform DIY and general building maintenance (tiling, plumbing, joinery, painting, electrical works)
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely
• Follow safe working practices and report hazards
• Provide daily updates on construction progress

• Proactive approach to site construction and maintenance
• Skills in painting, decorating, joinery, plumbing, electrical work
