Job Title: Multi Skilled Operative - Caerphilly Branch

As a Multi Skilled Operative within our Caerphilly branch, you will be responsible for kitchen and bathroom fittings within occupied social housing properties. You will be part of a local team undertaking high standard Multi Trade repairs and refurbishment activities to Housing properties, delivering excellent customer service and meeting all safety, quality, and cost control standards. The main duties will include tiling, floor laying, basic plumbing, and joinery.

Role Criteria:

1. Extensive experience in building or trade
2. Proficiency in at least one core trade, such as plumbing, joinery, floor laying, or tiling
3. Ability to work effectively within a team

Candidates should be aware that all roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before employment begins.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be over 21 years old, have held your license for more than 3 months, and have fewer than 9 points.
