Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Construction Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team and support the Project Manager and Site Supervisor teams.

Role Summary:

You will support various projects across industrial sites within the North West, gaining valuable experience in civils work, fit-out projects, or engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete daily construction requirements on industrial sites
• Support project team
• Perform DIY & general building maintenance (tiling, basic plumbing, joinery, painting, electrical works)
• Ensure safe and efficient construction tasks
• Follow safety practices and report hazards
• Provide daily updates on progress

• Experience in similar roles
• Initiative to achieve site construction/maintenance tasks
• Skills in painting, decorating, joinery, basic plumbing/electrical
