Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Construction Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team and support the Project Manager and Site Supervisor teams.

Role Summary:

As a Construction Multi-Skilled Operative, you will support various projects across industrial sites within the North West. This role offers valuable experience and skill development in projects that may include civils work, fit-out projects, or engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and complete daily construction requirements on industrial sites
• Support the project team
• Perform DIY & general building maintenance such as tiling, basic plumbing, joinery, painting, decorating, and basic electrical works
• Carry out construction tasks efficiently and safely
• Follow safe working practices, report faulty equipment and hazards
• Provide daily updates on construction progress

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a similar role
• Ability to use initiative for proactive site construction/maintenance
• General maintenance skills: painting, decorating, joinery, basic plumbing/electrical
• Good communication skills for client-facing interactions
• Ability to meet deadlines
