Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Construction Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team and support the Project Manager and Site Supervisor teams.

Role Summary:

As a Construction Multi-Skilled Operative, you will support various projects across industrial sites within the North West. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and develop skills in civils work, fit-out projects, or engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all day-to-day construction requirements on industrial sites
• Support the project team
• Perform DIY & general building maintenance such as tiling, plumbing, joinery, painting, decorating, and basic electrical works
• Carry out construction tasks safely and efficiently
• Follow safe working practices and report hazards or faulty equipment
• Provide daily updates on construction progress

• Experience in a similar role
• Initiative and proactive approach to site construction and maintenance
• Skills in painting, decorating, joinery, plumbing, and electrical work
