Job summary

Rehlko in the United Kingdom seeks a skilled Construction Manager to own on-site delivery for power projects, plan site logistics, manage subcontractors, and lead Site Managers to ensure consistent delivery across sites.

You will work closely with Project Managers and Engineers, travel as required, and uphold stringent health, safety and quality standards while mentoring the team. Competitive package and benefits available.

Qualifications

• SMSTS and CSCS (manager level) are required.
• First Aid certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation is expected.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
• Willingness to travel and stay away when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple project sites and Site Managers.
• Drive high standards in HSEQ across all activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials and internal resources.
• Lead site progress meetings and report to senior leadership; manage RAMS and daily logs.
• Represent Rehlko as client-facing lead on live sites; support commissioning and handovers.
