Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Construction Manager to own on-site delivery for critical power projects across the UK. You will plan site logistics, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients, and lead Site Managers to ensure consistency and safety.

You'll work with Project Managers and Engineers to realize complex designs, driving high standards and coordinating resources while mentoring the team. A challenging, growth-focused role in a respected energy-resilience company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction/site/project management on energy-related installations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environment requirements and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple project sites and Site Managers to ensure consistency.
• Drive high standards in HSEQ across all activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials and internal resources.
• Lead site progress meetings and report to senior leadership.
• Manage site documentation (RAMS, logs, daily records).
• Represent Rehlko as client-facing lead on live sites.
• Support commissioning and project handovers.
• Mentor and develop Site Managers across the team.
