Job summary

Rehlko in the United Kingdom is seeking a Construction Manager to take ownership of on-site delivery for our critical power projects. You will plan site logistics, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients, and lead a team of Site Managers to ensure consistency.

You will collaborate with Project Managers and engineers to turn complex designs into reality across the UK. The role requires experience in construction management, SMSTS/CSCS, strong safety knowledge, and willingness to travel as

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction/site/project management.
• Confident managing multiple teams and sites.
• SMSTS, CSCS (manager level) and First Aid qualified.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing multiple project sites and Site Managers.
• Driving high standards in HSEQ.
• Coordinating subcontractors, materials and internal resources.
• Leading site progress meetings and reporting to senior leadership.
• Managing site documentation (RAMS, logs, daily records).
• Representing Rehlko as client-facing lead on live sites.
• Supporting commissioning and project handovers.
• Mentoring Site Managers.
