Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Logistics Administrator to join a contractor on a major construction project in Port Talbot. The role supports site access, deliveries, documentation and communication between site teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily logistics operations.

This long-term role runs for approximately 18 months, with standard 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday hours and full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or general logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with site teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site access and inductions.
• Schedule deliveries and manage off-loading windows.
• Maintain attendance logs and asset registers.
• Liaise with site teams and external hauliers.
• Produce daily/weekly logistics reports.
