Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Logistics Administrator to join a contractor working on a major construction project in Port Talbot. The role is a long-term opportunity with an expected duration of approximately 18 months, ideal for someone with previous experience in construction logistics administration.

You will support the coordination of site access, deliveries, documentation and communication between site teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily logistics

Formación

• Experience in construction or general logistics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate site inductions and passes for workers and visitors.
• Schedule vehicle movements and manage delivery windows.
• Maintain site attendance logs and compliance records.
• Communicate between site teams, hauliers and management.
• Support daily and weekly logistics reporting.
