Confidential in Shoreditch, East London is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator to join the growing team. You will manage inbound sales enquiries, coordinate quotations and ensure clear communication between clients and Account Managers.

The role suits an organised, commercially minded individual with experience in internal sales or sales support. Construction or civil engineering exposure is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Internal Sales, Sales Coordinator or Sales Support role.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure or civil engineering sectors is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple enquiries and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Pipedrive or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming sales enquiries and ensure information is accurately recorded.
• Review enquiries to confirm sufficient information for quotations.
• Prepare, coordinate and submit quotations to clients per company standards.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and support conversion of enquiries into projects.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead and project data in CRM systems.
• Monitor sales opportunities and provide updates on quotation progress.
• Assist Account Managers with proposals, tender docs, PQQs and client presentations.
• Coordinate between internal departments to progress sales enquiries.
• Support sales meetings, action points and customer updates.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
