Jensten Group in London is seeking a motivated Account Handler to join our Construction team. You will manage insurance renewals, assess risks and claims history, and work with clients to propose the right products and services while delivering exceptional service to drive retention and new business.

Qualifications

• Insurance background—Commercial essential, Construction preferred.
• Cert CII or working towards
• Strong retention rates with potential for new business
• Excellent customer service
• Outstanding telephone manner and relationship building
• Drive to learn and develop in Insurance
• Experience with insurers and clients
• Able to multitask and update systems
• Acturis knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle renewals and mid-term adjustments by assessing risk and claims information and obtaining quotations.
• Present renewal quotations to customers promptly and chase for instructions to optimise renewal retention and growth.
• Process mid-term adjustments to ensure cover is in place on time.
• Develop and sustain relationships with clients and analyse needs to develop solutions.
• Respond promptly to client queries and ensure all communications are recorded.
• Support the new business and sales processes.
• Ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards and FCA regulations.
