Job summary

Jensten Group is seeking an Account Handler (Commercial) to manage a portfolio of Property and Commercial clients from its Cheadle office. The role emphasizes renewals, MTAs, cross-selling and strong client communication, with hybrid working after settling in.

You will work closely with insurers and clients, building relationships and using Acturis to update records, while maintaining compliance and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and written skills with attention to detail.
• Customer service excellence and relationship building.
• Strong telephone manner and ability to network with clients and insurers.
• Willingness to develop and progress within the Insurance industry.
• Experience in a similar role with insurers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Offer and present insurance solutions to secure renewal or new business.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase quotes.
• Aim to meet or exceed quotes/sales/income targets from marketing sources.
• Understand client operations, opportunities and risks and their approach to risk management.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
