Job summary

Jensten is seeking an Account Executive to join the Construction team in the Specialty Division. You will prospect for new business, bring on board clients for growth, and support renewals while collaborating with the Head of Construction & Infrastructure.

You will identify cross-selling opportunities, manage relationships, and ensure timely responses to client queries within regulatory guidelines. Knowledge of Acturis is preferred and a focus on service excellence will drive results.

Qualifications

• Insurance background in Commercial and/or Construction is essential.
• Cert CII or working towards it is preferred.
• Demonstrable history of strong new business generation and client retention.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business and generate renewals for construction clients.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and follow leads to increase quote volume.
• Achieve or exceed quotes/sales/income targets from marketing sources and personal prospecting.
• Understand clients' operations, risks and risk management approaches to tailor insurance solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and accurately document communications for compliance.
