Job summary

Jensten is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join the Construction team within our Specialty Division in the UK. You will prospect for new business, onboard new clients, and support renewals, delivering expert insurance solutions and risk management advice with a focus on construction clients.

You will work closely with the Head of Construction & Infrastructure, building strong client relationships, analysing needs, and leveraging cross-selling opportunities while complying with FCA

Qualifications

• Commercial and/or Construction insurance experience required.
• Demonstrable history of new business generation and retention.
• Relevant qualifications (Cert CII) or working towards.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Offer and present insurance solutions including policies and risk management.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and grow quote volume.
• Achieve/exceed quotes, sales, and income targets from marketing sources.
• Understand client operations, risks, and risk management approaches.
• Develop lasting relationships and tailor client solutions.
• Respond promptly to queries and record communications accurately.
• Ensure compliance with FCA and local procedures.
