Jensten Group is seeking a Client Development Executive (Producer) for our Construction team. You will engage as a hunter, develop new business, and deliver tailored construction insurance solutions across the UK and beyond where regulated.

You will build relationships, leverage networks in construction, and drive opportunities while maintaining compliance and high service standards. Hybrid working is supported, with a focus on growth and client retention.

Qualifications

• Insurance background in Commercial and/or Construction is essential.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Cert CII) or working towards.
• Demonstrable history of new business generation and retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand client base across UK.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through visits.
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
