Job summary

Jensten Group is seeking a motivated Client Development Executive (Producer) to join our Construction team in the Specialty Division. You’ll engage as a hunter and relationship builder with commercial insurance experience across construction.

You’ll develop new business, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored construction insurance and risk management solutions across the UK, with occasional work in Ireland and mainland Europe where regulated.

Qualifications

• Insurance background required: commercial and/or construction preferred.
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships in a broker/insurer context.
• Strong prospecting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business in the construction sector across the UK (and Ireland/Europe where applicable).
• Build and strengthen relationships with regional offices and Group brands.
• Upsell and cross-sell to meet income targets and support renewal retention.
