Job summary

HSE Jobs is seeking an experienced Construction Health & Safety Advisor to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role covers Wiltshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and surrounding areas, with a focus on site inspections and delivering practical safety guidance on construction projects.

Applicants should have NEBOSH Construction or equivalent, strong knowledge of CDM Regulations, and the ability to work independently across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing construction health and safety across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to identify hazards and drive corrective actions.
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and UK construction safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site inspections and audits across Wiltshire, Hampshire and Oxfordshire.
• Provide practical safety advice to site teams and review RAMS and COSHH assessments.
• Produce clear safety reports and support safety documentation reviews.

Full-Time Construction Health & Safety Advisor

M4 Corridor, Wiltshire, Hampshire & Oxfordshire, | £50,000 to £55,000 + package

We are seeking an experienced Construction Health & Safety Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will support construction projects across Wiltshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and surrounding areas, carrying out site inspections and audits, the ideal location is central Wiltshire. You will provide practical advice to site teams, identify hazards and non-compliance, produce clear reports and support the review of RAMS, COSHH assessments and other health and safety documentation.

Applicants must have proven construction health and safety experience, a recognised qualification such as NEBOSH Construction or equivalent, strong knowledge of UK construction safety requirements and CDM Regulations, and the ability to work independently across multiple sites.

A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000, plus package including
