Job summary

Hurstsetter And Associates Ltd is hiring a Full-Time Construction Health & Safety Advisor to join our team on a permanent basis. Based in the M4 Corridor region (Wiltshire/Hampshire/Oxfordshire), the role offers a salary of £50,000 to £55,000 plus a package including vehicle or car allowance, pension, annual leave, laptop and mobile.

The ideal candidate will have proven construction health and safety experience, NEBOSH Construction or equivalent, and a strong knowledge of UK CDM Regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven construction health and safety experience.
• NEBOSH Construction qualification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of UK CDM Regulations.
• Ability to travel across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, audits and compliance monitoring.

Full-Time Construction Health & Safety Advisor

M4 Corridor, Wiltshire, Hampshire & Oxfordshire | £50,000 + package

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Health & Safety Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support construction projects across London, Oxfordshire and surrounding areas, carrying out site inspections, audits and compliance monitoring.
• Provide practical advice to site teams, identify hazards and non-compliance, produce clear reports and support the review of RAMS, COSHH assessments and other health and safety documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven construction health and safety experience.
• Recognised qualification such as NEBOSH Construction or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of UK construction safety requirements and CDM Regulations.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £50,000 - £55, 000, plus package including vehicle/car allowance, pension, annual leave, laptop and mobile phone.
